Sarah Bohinski is excited to be a member of the Equitas Academy EQ4 team. She is thrilled to continuing her teaching career at a well established charter school that holds up to the goal of preparing students for college. Personally this year her goal is to expand her science teaching skills into the the digital teaching space. Ms. Bohinski attended Cal State University Fullerton and received her BA in History as well as her teaching credential. While attending science education classes there she also decided to pursue a science teaching credential. She has taught middle school science for nine years in the Los Angeles area, with most of the time being at a charter school in the Boyle Heights area. Wanting more skills and background in science she has now went back to school to pursue her Masters in Science Education at Cal State University Long Beach, where she is currently working on her thesis in the area of online science education.
