Ms.Garcia is excited to be part of  Equitas Academy because she believes that every scholar has an opportunity to succeed in their classroom setting and everyday lives. With the support and guidance from Culture Coordinators there is high hopes that all of our scholars will succeed on anything they want to accomplish in life. She wants parents and scholars to always to go to her if they have any question or if they simply just want to have a conversation she will always be at your service. Prior to working at Equitas Academy Ms.Garcia was an intern at APEX Academy, working closely with the counselor and students. Her role was to help scholars and parent communication and made sure that the scholars had the support from us when they needed it. Ms.Garcia is currently at Santa Monica College working on her AA in Early Childhood Education and in hopes to transfer and get her bachelors. She enjoys reading on her free time, spending time with her family and occasionally attends Zumba classes on her days off
